How to Get Steam on a Macbook

Maybe you got a Macbook and wanted to play Steam, but couldn't find a way that was free. Or maybe you couldn't find a way at all! Well, there are several, but this method is free. And here it is.
The two drawbacks: You can't buy new games from the store, but you can buy them on a PC then they'll be on your Mac's steam game list ready for download. Also the in-game chat does not work, if someone messages you in a game, things screw up. Chat out of game works fine though.
Also, this works with a Macbook, not a Macbook Pro. You don't need a Pro to run Steam! All the source games are perfectly playable, even online.
Here are the specs used in this example:
MacBook of Late 2008 2.1 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 1 GB Ram Intel GMA X3100

Steps:
  1. Download CrossOver Games (Not CrossOver, CrossOver Games! It doesn't require an OS, as it's an emulator. It might still be available on Pirate Bay.)

  2. Install CrossOver Games.
  3. It already has an option to install steam! Click in the CrossOver Games Software Installer.
  4. Install Steam.
  5. Install your Steam games.
  6. Play.
